IHOP

They had nothing left. It's as if there truck never came. Three of us went and we all three were told we couldn't have what we wanted because they were out of stuff. (sauce for the pancakes etc.) the waiter was polite and friendly. Not his fault. Hopefully this is an isolated incident.

First time visiting this IHOP and what a great experience. Super friendly host and waitress. It was my kiddos 13th bday and the host asked if he wanted the crew to sing to him my son is shy so was like no Thank you. It was nice of them to ask before. Food was delicious. So convenient the mall is literally right there. If you are around there and hungry go to IHOP. 😁😊

This IHOP is completely different like other one, service was really slow and food take too long time to be in the table

On our way to our Thanksgiving cruise out of the Port of Miami, we stopped to have a quick breakfast at this IHOP. It was a great meal, served hot, by an excellent server, and at a fair price for the value of the meal. The restaurant is located in the Mall, but it is easily accessible from the parking lot. There was a good amount of people in the restaurant for 10:00 AM. It was very clean and well maintained.

I dine with my friends and I honestly enjoyed myself! The waitress is very nice too!

Never had this Bad of an experience at this Hialeah location. ...they seemed to be short staffed today. The food took almost 30 min to come to us not to mention my coffee came out 15 min after we ordered it then another 10 minutes for the creme to come as well. When the food did come out, it was cold! I felt soo bad for the waitress because it looked like she was overworking tables by herself. Everyone else had a miserable face waiting just as we did. Afterwards, we found out that the Manager had short staffed the kitchen and cooks. Why would a Manager think this would be a smart decision on a Sunday in Hialeah? The Management should be held accountable overworking these poor people. Customers including myself were frustrated with the entire horrible experience.

Can never go wrong with this classic. Their pancakes are the bomb, and everything else is pretty cool too.

Order through door Dash the general manager was very nice he made sure everything was real hot and fresh so thank you so much I will order here again the food was very delicious and on time

Horrible horrible food and service. After waiting for my online order for 50mins with 3 separate employees kept telling me they're packing up my order. Ask for a manger and the manger brings out my food freezing cold and when I get home my whole order is wrong and they put 5 fries with the burger. Worst food and experience ever. Never again I rather go to denny' s

Under staffed, poor management. Super rude waitress ,extremely loud kitchen, it took them over 45 minutes to realize the we were still waiting for our bacon temptation, and ham and egg melt, does it really take someone this long, after patiently waiting my husband and I decided to ask for our check to pay for our drinks since our food was never ready. Total failure!

I have like 7 years eating at this hialeah Ihop and is the first time somebody treat me like nothing a young lady with a bad face when we came to restaurant she looks us like really “ Khrisstavia” If you don’t want to work stay home and stop treated the costumer like garbage

The IHOP at Westland mall is a much better location than the one that is closer to me. The staff is a little more professional and the food is a little better. I always enjoy coming here with family

Cozy place, excellent service, and the food is yummy

This is a very good fusion restaurant (Venezuelan and European), family owned and operated. Their menu is super creative and everything is homemade, including their bread. Soups are something common in Latin America, but not easy to find a good soup in the States. We tried their chicken soup and it was excellent. It has all the right mix of spices and vegetables.

Open 24 hours besides good food

Worst IHOP ever called several times to order and they just kept hanging up. Very rude staff wouldnt recommend.

I ordered online an hour ago so I wouldn't have to wait in line. Once I got here. Food wasn't ready. Server didn't even do anything to find the order.

Low staff for the amount of people that go nonetheless the breakfast is great never had a bad encounter as of now.

The food and staff were amazing, great fast service for a busy morning. I used to go to Dennys but after today's visit I'm definitely an IHOP fan boy! I highly recommend trying the Mexican churro pancakes with the sirloin tips 😋😋😋😋😋😋

Our Server Linda was very helpful and unique, she went above and beyond her job description to make sure we was satisfied and pleased. She needs a raise and a promotion. She served my wife, myself and three other tables with no errors, and she cashed up her customers. The food was excellent and on time. Two thumps up !!!! 👍👍

Today's iHop lesson falls in How to Order a meal without living your saving on the table. Getting here was easy because is well situated. This specific location is infamous for the amount of people at all time. However, we got lucky because we got extra early. Our waitress was kind and.... wait for it... yes need a little info on how to navigate the menu to get the food you want without the extra cost. Serving tables is an art on how to jump the loops of corporate america and bring good food at a reasonable price. This iHope like almost all other keeps the quality. However, it could improve on the details. If you coming here, expect a lot of people and always try to combo your meal. Any other way around... you piggy bank goes out of the window.

Service slow.My mother ask for a steak omelet in it was extremely cold did not look appetizing like they had it sitting there waiting to get pick,My sister had some chicken nuggets in fries was a very small portion of food.In I had bacon eggs in sausage ,bacon was cold sausage cold in the eggs where ok .i will not be going back there

They didn't have what I wanted on the menu but they did it's for me anyway!! I asked the waitress if they could make me some eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce, with a side of hash brown. I think that it was very sweet of the cook to do a special order! Eggs were perfectly cooked, the Canadian Bacon delish. The Hallandaise sause had a tiny little bit more lemon than I desired, but at least I got what I asked for!! They're very friendly, speak both English and Spanish, and the clendliness and speedy sevice was wonderful!! All in All too bad there wasn't More STARS cuz they deserved it!! Thanks IHOP... Will be back again!
